Brad Wagenaar, CPCU, ARM, RPLU, AFSB, AMIM, CRM, Principal Brad Wagenaar has over 25 years of experience in sales, having started his career with Beecham Products in Tacoma, Washington in 1981. He relocated to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1987 accepting a position with Cavanah Associates, before moving to King & Neel, Inc. in 1997 as a Vice President, Director and Owner. For 15 years Brad has worked with both privately and publicly owned client companies developing cost-effective risk management solutions to handle their exposures to loss. One of the top insurance and risk transfer producers in the State, Brad works with a number of well-known businesses in both construction and general industry and is a local industry leader in providing Owner-Controlled Insurance Programs for owners, developers, and large contractors. Brad is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He Majored in International Relations and Minored in Economics and English. In the course of his professional career, Brad has earned the designations of Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB), Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM) from IIA, and Certified Risk Manager (CRM). Brad actively volunteers for the Board of Directors of the Outrigger Canoe Club and the Hawaii Independent Insurance Agents Association. Brad started Risk Solution Partners, LLC. in 2007.
